Inioluwa Aboluwarin

Ini Oluwa uses the word Iriri meaning literally "Deja Vu" in Yoruba to describe his practice of documenting, from the psyche, patterns based on past sights, thoughts and occurences. Like works by Ayoola Gbolahan which are drawn from the honest dictates of the subconscious, and intricate patterns by Laolu Senbanjo which are inspired by his roots in the Yoruba culture; gives the viewer the feeling of a nudge first, before an awakening.
